You will also gain managerial skills including rostering, budgeting, marketing, and people management, learn customer service skills in our training restaurants, as well learn as how to operate a bar and prepare espresso coffee. Our highly-experience team of industry professionals are the best in the business and will give you the one-on-one guidance you need to succeed in your studies.

Successful completion of this course will give you the expertise required to work as a conference or venue coordinator, event or exhibition planner, restaurant manager, or motel manager. It will also give you the foundation knowledge to pursue further studies in this field.
